Ryan and Delta both grew up in the Sacramento area, attended the same college, and even shared mutual friends. But it wasn’t until one of their friends Cristian introduced them that they finally met, on June 25, 2009. The first movie they ever watched together was Life Aquatic and it is still one of their favorites. Their connection was immediate and they soon knew they were about to embark on something special.

For nearly five years the two have been joined at the hip sharing in such adventures as hiking the Swiss Alps and visiting European countries such as Italy, France and Germany. They share a wide range of interests including; running, eating, watching bookshelves of movies at a time and hanging out with their dog Pico.  They feel lucky to call each other their best friend and can’t wait to spend their lives together.

Delta was born in San Francisco, California and grew up in Sacramento. Delta attended high school at John F. Kennedy where she ran cross country and track and got good grades. She then attended UC San Diego where she received her BA in Human Development.  Delta moved with Ryan to Los Angeles so that she could attend the University of Southern California to get her Masters in Public Administration. She is excited to now be working in the nonprofit field and to never have to go to school ever again. She can’t wait to be married and continue living the dream with her best friend by her side, and Pico too of course.

Ryan was born in Sacramento, California and grew up in Folsom. He is a big time sports fan and loves to fantasize that he will one day go pro in basketball.  He attended the University of California, San Diego and got his degree in Visual Arts and now puts that degree to good use by selling women’s clothing.  Ryan has enjoyed every minute of the last 5 years with Delta and can’t wait to start the next chapter of his life  along side the person he admires most.
